I work with women who feel unfulfilled and lost in their roles, overwhelmed by work, family, and relationships. They’re anxious, exhausted, and disconnected, longing for clarity and a way to reconnect with their true selves and dreams. I also help couples who still care for each other but feel emotionally distant, stuck in cycles of conflict, and wanting to rebuild trust, emotional intimacy, and communication. Many clients carry the weight of trauma or complexities around adoption, which impacts how they relate to themselves and others. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate space to heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most. I offer warmth, authenticity, and even some humor, helping women rediscover themselves, heal from burnout, and find clarity. For couples, I provide tools to rebuild communication and emotional connection.
