Welcome, I'm Elyssa! I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship tensions, life stressors & transitions. I also enjoy working with parents who are learning how to support their child's mental health journey. When we feel overwhelmed by our thoughts and feelings, everyday tasks like going to school/work, spending time with friends, or simply taking care of ourselves can feel extraordinarily difficult.
