Hi! I am a compassionate, caring, client-centered clinician who believes that every one of us has been created to love, to be loved, and to be successful in relationships and life experiences. I also believe that each one of us already has, intrinsically, everything we need for that to happen. Through a connected relationship, utilizing theories and techniques that line up with God’s Word (ie emdr and cbt), I help clients recognize unhealthy thoughts/beliefs, and then change them to be true, functional beliefs that bring peace and empower clients to be successful in their relationships and to make healthy, confident decisions.
