I help children, teens + young adults heal, grow, and become more of the free, joy-filled people they were created them to be. My clients often come in with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, insecurities, perfectionism, obsessive fears, compulsive behaviors +/or broken relationships that negatively affect their lives + weigh heavy on them. I use Exposure-Based CBT to support my clients, but I also see therapy as a relationship above all and believe that healing starts and ends in secure relationship that allows us to see our belovedness, face our brokenness, and become more of who we are meant to be.
