I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, humor, and collaboration. With experience working with college students to older adults in rural and urban spaces, I understand that every person’s journey is unique. I currently offer both virtual and in person sessions in Prescott, with flexible options that include late afternoons and early evening. For folks looking for couples or family counseling, therapy for children and teens, or addictions counseling, I am happy to provide a referral. I specialize in supporting clients healing through intergenerational trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and stressful life transitions, providing a space where healing feels both meaningful and approachable. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centered—we’ll work together to find what works best for you. I am also an LCSW in Illinois.
