Many of my clients come to therapy feeling worn down and alone, stuck in patterns they can identify but can’t seem to break. Often, they’re carrying the weight of family history, unresolved trauma, or overwhelming anxiety. I support teens, adults, families, and couples in untangling generational patterns, learning skills for distress tolerance and emotional regulation, and balancing the acceptance of reality with the motivation to change.
