I believe healing happens best when you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. My style is down-to-earth and relational; I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are, not where you have to perform or have it all figured out. I work with people of all ages, with a focus on LGBTQ+ folks, parents, and those going through major life transitions. Many clients arrive feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, with experiences that haven’t had space to be acknowledged. Together, we'll slow things down and make room for the parts of you that may have been ignored, misunderstood, or causing pain.
