I offer psychoanalytic, relational psychotherapy for adults, children, and couples. I see therapy as a place to gently unearth what’s been buried or overlooked—parts of your inner landscape that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and move through the world. Many people come to me when something in their life feels stuck or shifting: depression, anxiety, relational conflict, creative blocks, identity questions, or major life transitions. I also work closely with academics and creatives, LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, parents and queer parents, and those living far from home or navigating new terrain within themselves. I help you explore the deeper patterns and meanings that run beneath the surface of daily life. Rooted in contemporary psychoanalysis, our work slows down enough for what’s hidden or emerging to come into view. Together we make sense of what feels tangled or stuck, opening room for movement, clarity, and more authentic connection.
