Thank you for visiting my page, I would be happy to be with you on your therapy journey. I help my clients with anxiety, stress, family issues, marriage and divorce, trauma, depression, mood disorders and more. I make sure my clients feel comfortable so they can talk freely and can trust the process of therapy. Therapy with the right counselor can do wonders for clients and reaching their goals. It is important to me that my clients alleviate symptoms or completely diminish them all together. I work with several different evidence based behavior modalities that work, but I also tailor them to each clients needs. I am passionate about continuous learning and professional development, I actively engage with the counseling communities to stay updated with the latest research and best practices. I see ages from 6 and up, individuals and couples.
