I believe meaningful therapy begins with a foundation of trust, compassion and non-judgment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and take steps towards growth and healing. I work with children, adolescents, caregivers, and young adults to overcome the obstacles they are facing. I bring my own humanity to the therapeutic relationship and I strive to provide an inclusive and affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, and sexualities.
