Welcome! I obtained a Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University. While I can support many health goals, I have a preference to work with clients who coping with stress management issues, depression and anxiety. I utilized the following: CBT, person centered and gestalt approaches. Practice Information: When you are balancing work life responsibilities and sometimes facing obstacles in sorting through how best to deal with things, talking with a caring, compassionate provider might be helpful. Sometimes relationships, and the list of responsibilities across the week may result in caregiver burnout. I can help. My career as a social worker stemmed from working with adults with developmental disabilities, being a nursing home social worker overseeing patients who were diagnosed with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar and PTSD.
