Personal and Relational Growth- Wherever you are in your mental health journey, it takes courage and self-love to explore counseling services. Whether you are seeking individual or relational support, I maintain a consistent flow of calm, compassionate, creative, and curious energy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through the IACTP and am certified in Brainspotting, which is an effective and powerful tool that can help accelerate the healing of any past traumas. I also utilize mindfulness, systemic approaches, and psycho-education to help you reach your desired outcomes and achieve a higher sense of self-acceptance. In my sessions, I allow you a sacred and safe space to come as you are. I recognize that trust is a fundamental pillar in any healing work and relationship, which is why I will initially work with you to set that foundation.
