Are you a parent with a child struggling with maladaptive and ineffective behaviors? I am very passionate about working with adolescents and the young adult population, as I believe that I am called to help shape the minds of our future generations. I have worked with adolescents for the past 28 years and has had great success in bringing positive changes in their behaviors, and motivating them to work on their futue goals. My passion also extends to battered men and women, parents who are struggling in their relationship with their children, and couples who desire to have a healthy relationship. I specialize in DBT which focuses on attaining skills in Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation and Distress Tolerance. I have also trained in different modalities such as Gestalt Therapy, CBT, Person-Centered and Motivational Interviewing.
