The belief that every person has the ability to implement positive changes in their life is central to my work with clients. My experience working with people who are in various stages of change has been at the heart of Embrace Hope. I take a cognitive and realistic approach to therapy, keeping client goals central to my work. I have a deep understanding of what trauma informed care means, understanding that non-judgement and trust are at the core of healthy relationships. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are living with substance use disorder, in active recovery, anxiety and depression.
