We all struggle at some point or another, but not many are brave enough to embrace the challenge of change and personal growth. It is essential to find a safe place to allow ourselves to just be! To explore and acknowledge the good, the bad and the ugly within. Be it with me or with another therapist, YOU got THIS! I am a licensed mental health counselor and supervisor in the state of Florida. The majority of my experience is working with client's struggling with anxiety, PTSD and Parent Management Skills. Working with adults and teens is my calling. However, I am lucky to work in collaboration with amazing therapists who are passionate in working with children.
