Does talking about your feelings sounds as fun as having a root canal? Have you been told by someone you need to get help but fear opening Pandora’s box because you aren’t sure what will spill out? Why would you want to talk about your feelings if it is going to suck right? Those are all good questions and ones I have asked myself. Over the years I have realized through dealing with challenges in my own life that learning to Embrace the Suck in life is important. Change is not unicorns and rainbows; it can be ugly and dirty.
