Life is hard and change is constantly coming at us. It can be hard to cope with the changes of work, family, relationships, social situations or the world at large. Sometimes all the little things can add up and getting overwhelmed, anxious, depressed just happens. I believe that I can help with the emotional turmoil as I have been a social worker for over 25 years. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals to community mental health to private practice and I believe that I am a calm, honest reflector for anyone. I specialize in trauma therapy and believe that it is helpful for everyone because we all experience trauma.
