Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I'm Melanie, an EMDR Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression. I take a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
