You have the capacity to live a life aligned with your core beliefs and principles, but this is often easier said than done. From traumatic events both personal and in the community, eco-anxiety, creative blocks, grief, loss, abuse, addictions and low self-esteem, there are many obstacles to name and to know on the way to a self-generative life. My role is to collaborate with you, create a safe space to speak frankly and without judgement, foster a journey of self-discovery, authentic living and transformation within a complex world. I work with creatives, addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and any searcher feeling stranded. I’m guided by the teachings of Carl Jung to help you uncover unconscious patterns hindering growth through dreamwork, archetypes, and active imagination. I also use EMDR to process traumatic memories and decrease emotional baggage from past events.
