I strive to create a safe space for children and teenagers to explore who they are. It is a challenging time, full of big feelings and lots of transitions. During this time, it is easy to feel misunderstood or alone. I work to help clients feel heard and supported. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one. We will work together to foster growth, self awareness, and healing. In prior work, I have built relationships with adolescents through genuine listening and empathy. I am here to be another supportive member of their lives, cheering them on and helping them through struggles.
