My aim for each session is to help you engage in the healing process through guided introspection, reflection, and positive affirmation. I feel passionate about meeting you where you are, understanding your needs, and working together to achieve your goals. Using strength-based and culturally sensitive approaches, I strive to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I consider it an honor to be invited alongside you on your sacred journey, as we work on helping you understand and navigate your past, focus on your present, and imagine and co-labor in the creation of a new future.
