I love to work with children/adolescents and young adults that may be struggling with various issues ranging from anxiety/depression, to dealing with childhood trauma. They may be seeking a way to live a more fulfilled life, gain new coping skills, seek out mindfulness techniques, or create a more healthy and sustainable family structure. My goal is to provide treatment to individuals and family systems who are looking to live a more fulfilled, and less stressed life.
