I help clients with diverse needs, and I focus mainly on people struggling with anxiety. I help people learn how to take control of their anxiety, so that it doesn't control them. Together, we’ll use practical, evidence-based tools including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to calm down anxiety and create healthier thinking as we create a safe space. I focus on using evidence-based practices to strengthen your mental health, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and reduce panic. I am mindful that each person’s story is unique, shaped by life experiences and background, and I use variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor to each client.
