I am a Licensed Therapist from New York City, practicing my skills for over 28 years. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work at Fordham University. I have conducted therapy in English/Spanish. My experience is broad with all age range. I have conducted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, thought-stopping, and reframing to positive thoughts with rumination and obsessive thought process, as well as with other therapies. My approach is to listen to your innermost thoughts and emotions by providing a safe and warm environment. I am firm about directing your path to a place of strength and healing with talk therapy. In our first session together, we will give a brief introduction of ourselves. We will immediately explore what you are seeking to learn more about you, regarding your specific obstacles and challenges. This will help me build a set of techniques for your following sessions, providing constructive feedback and worksheets along the way.
