I strive to help my clients gain increased awareness, live mindfully, improve their relationships, and recognize the messages and patterns that are holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. My hope is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help my clients use person-centered and strengths-based techniques to reach their goals. I primarily see my clients via telehealth and have limited availability for in person sessions. My specialties include perinatal mood disorders, women's issues, anxiety, depression, codependency, interpersonal relationship conflict, family dysfunction, substance use disorders, and pregnancy/postpartum related stressors.
