Hi, im Emilie! I’m so glad you found your way to my therapy room. Let me share some of my core values: the therapeutic relationship, authenticity, listening and adaptability. Each relationship is valued and built off of trust, safety, fun and unconditional acceptance. I show up as my authentic self and fine value in relatability and connection. Each client’s story is valued and heard with safety and without judgement. Sessions don’t have to be limited to talking and processing but also can be about humor, games, art and silence.
