Over the course of a lifetime, everyone needs help. Seeking help is often difficult because of the unrealistic cultural expectation for self-reliance. It is strength, not weakness, that allows one to seek help in times of confusion or distress. Working together, I will help you find the perspectives, that will allow you to overcome the barriers and struggles that keep you from being the self you want to be. I work with adults, adolescents, and families using evidence-based treatments that provide a safe non-judgmental therapeutic experience, and a focus on increasing access to the resources that help you enjoy your life.
