I strive to bring a compassionate, curious, and culturally nuanced approach to mental health care. I believe every client has a unique life story that deserves to be shared and understood. Through our work together, I work to help clients uncover and understand the different parts of themselves, and how they shape their identity and reality. I strive to help clients reframe their personal narratives and recognize their inherent value. Each person holds the capacity for their healing and growth. My role is to help unlock their potential through fostering self awareness and coping skills.
