I'm passionate about joining people on their journey. I'm trauma informed & recognize the need for wholistic understanding in the relationship between mind & body. The process of embracing one’s story can be liberating. I'm passionate about joining with people to better understand how their stories have been shaped by their experiences. I seek to increase the expressive narratives in order to allow people to more holistically and diversely understand the complexities of humanity & show up as their authentic self. I am committed to providing supportive, nonjudgmental space to allow one to journey in painful places & embrace delight.
