I recognize that people generally seek out therapy when they are feeling stuck, anxious, misunderstood, or lonely. If that's you, thanks for showing up. I specialize in working with children and adults who are neurodivergent, big-feeling, anxious, burnt out, or coping with change or trauma. I enjoy supporting clients in getting curious about their internal world in order to find their own "normal." Curiosity breaks down shame and unlocks new mindsets, which can help disrupt negative patterns and get clients unstuck. Progress looks different to every person, and I look forward to helping clients find their own meaning.
