I'm passionate about providing a space where people can feel respected, supported, and have access to the mental health care they desire and deserve. I enjoy working with queer and/or neurodivergent young adults sorting through complex feelings. If you're hoping to explore feelings of loneliness or navigate conflict with others, I'd love to work with you. I enjoy helping clients feel more connected to themselves to heal their emotional wounds. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and body-based therapy. I prioritize building trust and enjoy using humor with clients!
