Accepting New Clients! We all encounter relationship distress, emotional pain, and stressful transitions throughout our lives, which can leave us feeling inadequate, depressed, anxious, or alone. Whether you are experiencing pain and distress or are seeking personal growth, I would like to help. I believe that everyone has the capability to heal, grow, change, and live a purposeful life full of connected relationships. My goal as a therapist is to help couples, individuals, and families feel understood and accepted through expanding emotional awareness, healing from past hurts, and increasing security within relationship bonds.
