“Life is a highway.” A song lyric, but a phrase that can ring so true for many. Life is a highway with twists, turns, hills, and valleys. Cars have extra seats for the ride, so who says you have to go through the journey alone? My goal is to assist you with learning to navigate the twists and turns in life in healthy and safe ways.
