I am an LCSW, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and queer, anxious, ADHD-er, supporting clients since 2022. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of support in this season of life, having a space where you can feel seen and heard can make all the difference. I work with folks with life transitions, relationship issues (including ENM), and specialize in treating difficulties caused by neurodivergence, anxiety, and mania. Your goals and autonomy are always at the forefront of therapy. My approach to therapy is relaxed and collaborative, while also helping you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you.
