Hi. You have tried so hard! You've gone to therapy, maybe even for years, but nothing has really worked. You’ve tried workbooks, followed instagram accounts, all of it. I’m at my best as a therapist when working with clients who have found traditional talk therapy helpful at first, but eventually, ineffective. Therapists are not magic, but you have the medicine inside you to heal yourself, from trauma, broken relationships, all of it. I love working with helpers, including fellow therapists, and folks who are ready to be their own healers. I have a special interest in working with sufferers of chronic and life-threatening disease.
