People often get caught up in trying to exist "correctly," and often end up experiencing high levels of anxiety and self-doubt. Not having tools to cope with those feelings or ways to express them can feel very isolating. In addition, feeling surrounding pressure to perform can leave one already exhausted. My goal is to create a safe place to heal and provide potential tools for coping. I partner with clients to build themselves up for future growth. I often incorporate CBT and mindfulness-based terminology and exercises in my work.
