As a Counselor, I am proud to have the privilege to step into the therapeutic space with a warm heart, playful spirit, and open mind. Having worked in a variety of settings over the past 10 years from school-based counseling to county-wide Crisis Response, I have witnessed the full spectrum of the human experience across the lifespan. I am aware how jarring transitions can be, how trauma shatters our sense of self and security, and how disruptive and painful depression and anxiety are in one’s daily life.
