As a counselor, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, supporting children ages 3+, as well as young adults. I’m passionate about utilizing play therapy—a method I find incredibly effective—in helping children navigate through behavioral, social, and emotional difficulties. In addition, for both children and young adults, I offer space for those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship/family stressors. My approach centers on building a strong relationship with my clients because I believe that trust is the cornerstone of your counseling experience. Meeting my clients exactly where they are and creating a safe, welcoming environment are paramount to me. I work from a person-centered approach and customize my sessions to meet the specific needs of my clients. I strive to empower my clients to take charge of their growth.
