I have extensive experience in helping teenagers and young adults understand core issues that drive unhealthy behaviors and explore ways to change the behavior. This understanding creates space for hope to improve the relationships within their lives and with themselves while increasing their sense of self and confidence. I have a great passion for utilizing various arts to facilitate healing and to help my clients express themselves both verbally and non-verbally. Art therapy helps clients go deeper in their personal journey and make powerful, long-lasting changes.
