My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have 9 years of experience working in community mental health settings with pre-teens, teenagers, parents, and families. I also have experience collaborating with teachers and school administrators to help aid in meeting a child's needs in the school setting. I have a passion for helping individuals learn healthy ways to regulate emotions, manage relationship difficulties, and find healing from trauma and difficult life experiences. Along with this, I enjoy assisting parents with finding new ways to navigate parenting challenges.
