Hello! I have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults ages 7 and up. I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, trauma, and other life changes/challenges. Additionally, I have a passion for working with women in the prenatal and postpartum stages of life. I take an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. I also have additional training in TF-CBT.
