I have been working in the mental health profession for the last 7 years. I have experience in addiction, trauma, anxiety, dissociative disorders, and many more. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve a sense of compassion for themselves and fulfillment in their lives. My approach to therapy is a collaborative one. I want to know what my clients are motivated to work on and start there. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing, change can take root.
