Welcome! I'm so glad you stopped by. I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, spiritual concerns and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about helping individuals who have experienced trauma or been diagnosed with PTSD. My goal is to create an environment of safety, understanding and growth that enriches your counseling experience. I use methods rooted in cognitive-behavioral and strength-based strategies as we work through your concerns. I enjoy walking through life transitions with my clients and seeing them flourish. I also take joy in working with clients who hope to incorporate their faith in our work together.
