My passion lies in bringing in one’s own personal interests into the therapeutic space and finding coping skills that are tailored to each individual and seeing what works for them. I have experience working with diverse populations to create a strong and positive therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic approach that I use is person-centered and relational while meeting people where they are. Through my work, I integrate the use of positive self-talk to empower my clients and to gain awareness of thoughts and how they can influence our behaviors.
