I work with adults and teens who want to feel clearer about themselves and their relationships. Many of us develop protective ways of being that once helped us stay safe or connected, but now leave us feeling distant or stuck. As a therapist, I listen for what feels true beneath the layers of thought and habit that can keep us looping in familiar patterns. These thoughts and reactions are meaningful; they reflect our histories, relationships, and the systems that have shaped us. In therapy, we make space to understand their purpose and begin relating to them in new ways so you can feel more empowered and aligned with your purpose.
