If you have been impacted by trauma, are experiencing intense emotional reactions, or are overwhelmed by stress, then my goal is to help you feel more balanced, healthy, and present in your daily life. Clients often come to me when other forms of therapy aren't working, and they're ready to get to the root of their emotional experience so they can begin relating to the world in a healthy new way.
