Welcome! Therapy is all about finding the right fit. I prioritize developing a genuine connection together so that you can be seen, heard, and valued in our sessions. My primary focus is assisting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and communication concerns. I additionally prioritize supporting college students, people managing new or chronic illnesses, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" practice. We all have different personalities, different histories, and different needs. My eclectic style as a therapist draws upon multiple therapeutic approaches to better tailor treatment to you and your individuality. We will work together to achieve your goals.
