Congratulations on taking the first step in beginning counseling. I understand it can feel overwhelming finding someone to work with. It is my hope to have clients feel supported and empowered on this journey. I hold a strong belief that all individuals have resiliency in their core, and are capable of taking control over their own lives. I approach counseling with people of all ages from an attachment perspective. I strive to have my clients leave each session with practical tools and new perspectives.
