I work with adults, older teens, and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, relationship struggles, complex trauma, and life transitions. I draw primarily from psychodynamic, existential, emotion-focused, and person-centered traditions. I believe humor, curiosity, and compassion are essential elements of therapy. I strive to create a safe, authentic space where clients can be vulnerable, challenged, and supported in their growth.
