I have worked in outpatient hospital settings, community mental health, in-home crisis services, and private practice assisting those who struggle with depression, and anxiety, and survivors of childhood abuse and sexual assault. I believe that developing a therapeutic relationship and holding an authentic space for clients is a top priority. Life can be challenging and walking alone through it can be scary.
